The benefits of using this unique system are many, varied and dependent upon your current procedures but in EVERY instance will contribute significantly to reducing the time and cost involved in administering the Disclosure process and support organisational commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable groups.

Designed by HR and recruitment professionals qualified as 'Safer Recruitment' trainers as accredited by the National College of School Leadership (NCSL), the system has been developed to support the traditional recruitment process yet is flexible enough to administer Disclosure applications for volunteers, governors and posts or occupations that require periodic rechecks.

The system structure enables the Disclosure process to be co-ordinated centrally by HR or Recruitment teams and/or disseminated in part or as a whole to schools, business units and departments. For added security, the system offers various levels of administrative access to vacancy and applicant data and provides a variety of reports for management information.

The on-line form and back-office system is continually refined in line with the revised data requirements of the forthcoming Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA) arrangements and is fully compatible with 'E-bulk'.
